  3. 従業員の取組み
    当社の従業員は、情報セキュリティのために必要とされる知識、技術を習得し、情報セキュリティへの取り組みを確かなものにします。
  4. 法令及び契約上の要求事項の遵守
    当社は、情報セキュリティに関わる法令、規制、規範、契約上の義務を遵守するとともに、お客様の期待に応えます。
  5. 違反及び事故への対応
    当社は、情報セキュリティに関わる法令違反、契約違反及び事故が発生した場合には適切に対処し、再発防止に努めます。

Urban Information Infrastructure LLC (hereinafter referred to as "UII") is committed to company-wide information security based on the following policy in order to protect the information assets entrusted by our customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to live up to the trust of our customers and society.

  1. Management's Responsibility
    UII will strive to systematically and continuously improve and enhance information security under the leadership of management.
  2. Establishment of Internal System
    UII will set up an organization to maintain and improve information security, and define information security measures as official company rules.
  3. Efforts by Employees
    UII's employees will acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security to ensure our commitment to information security.
  4. Compliance with laws, regulations, and contractual requirements
    UII will comply with all laws, regulations, codes, and contractual obligations related to information security, as well as meet our customers' expectations.
  5. Response to Violations and Incidents
    In the event of a violation of laws and regulations, a breach of contract, or an accident related to information security, UII will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
